A workshop for the repair of components and assemblies of quarry equipment was opened at the Solntsevsky Coal Mine. Modern facility has been equipped with advanced equipment, it includes several complexes. These are a welding station, a point for disassembling and assembling units and assemblies, a stand for repairing hydraulic cylinders, a boring and surfacing complex and a washer for assemblies.

The new workshop will make it possible to quickly eliminate any malfunctions of mining equipment. If the machine is in operation, it will be repaired by a field service team.

- If it is not possible to dismantle and take away the problem node for further repair, then our mobile team of masters moves to the place of breakdown and fixes the problem as quickly as possible, - said Sergey Chernyakin, Deputy Director for Technical Development of EMCO Service.

The workshop also has a modern laboratory where oils are tested. The analysis allows you to identify defects in the units at an early stage and, as a result, avoid costly repairs.

The opening of the workshop increased the number of jobs in the Uglegorsk district. In total, more than 20 vacancies were opened at the open pit. In the future, the complex for the repair of components and assemblies of mining equipment will be expanded, which will increase the number of employees
