Igor Tsyplakov

Mr. Tsyplakov entered East Mining Company’s Board in 2018. He is one of the founders of ICT holding, occupying high ranks there from 1992. He was notably in charge of the realization of shipbuilding and financial projects, and also of commercial and industrial development. At the moment, he is the Deputy Director General at ICT and Board Chairman of Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant. In different years, he occupied administration cargoes at Baltic United Shipbuilding Corporation and ROSTEC.
Born in 1958. He graduated as Engineer Economist of Management Organization from Moscow Management Institute’s faculty of Management Organization in the Engineering Industry.
