Andrey Motovilov joined the company in 2017 and entered its Board in 2018. Between 2014 and 2017, he worked as deputy plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far East federal district. Earlier, he had been senior vice-president for GR at Uralkali. In 2006-2009, he was head of municipal administration of Berezniki town, Perm region.
He was born in 1966. In 1988, he graduated from V.V. Vakhrushev Mining Institute in Sverdlovsk (actual Yekaterinburg), obtaining a diploma in Constructing of Underground Structures and Mines. He participated in the federal program of business administration formation, obtaining a diploma in Management at Perm State University. In 2017, he started his Executive MBA studies at Kingstone University (UK).
